Tech and Production Build/Runthrough

Rehearsals:  15th and 16th at 2:30- 4:30PM - Mandatory (Graded as Project/Participation)

All students are encouraged to submit their best work for the concert.

**This concert counts as a midterm exam grade - Concert piece submission with essay 50%, Production Crew work quality and attendance 50%

Students are strongly encouraged to perform one or more instrumental or vocal parts in the concert (also earns extra credit)

All students are expected to contribute 100% as members of one of the seven work crews.Think deeply about how you can best contribute and choose the crew that aligns most with your personal strengths or interests. There is work involved when creating something as a community, but the product that results from that commitment is multiplied by each person. A lot of creative energy is needed to pull off a production of this magnitude, but with Synergy, the resulting effect will far exceed the effort put in.

• Stage Sets - Moving instruments/stands/mics on and off stage 
• Sound Tech - setting mic and instrument levels, mixing for live and recorded sound
• Lighting - setting lights for each song/segment, light mixing board
• Video - Preparing the individual music video spots, background videos and verifying playlist/backup playlist and projector
• Room Deco - Creating a visually pleasing look to the auditorium with a theme and decorations
• PR Promo - Posters/Facebook/Broadcast and Print
• PR Programs & Greeting - Ushers & Guides 

Submit homemade posters or drawings on Google Drive to Mr. D for extra credit by Monday May 8th.
