Sonic Voyages I

Our premier showcase of AHS student composers on Jan 14 2010 was an impressive first concert for the program, and an historic first for AHS.

Video and audio post-concert productions are now in the works for release on CD and on ACMI, our local access cable channel. Some works presented in the concert will also be submitted to the Northeastern University Electronic Music Competition.

CD pre-orders are being accepted.

We need 30 pre-orders by Feb 14th in order to produce this CD.  If just one in three music tech students can sell a cd to a family member or friend, we will easily meet our goal.

After our initial production cost is met,  any further CD sales will help support the Music Tech program's ongoing needs for new hardware, software and recording technology.

*after February 14th the cost for CD's will be $12

**if less than 30 pre-orders are submitted before February 14th, all collected monies will be returned and the SV1 CD will be archived without production.
