Jeff Beck was an English rock and blues musician. He played guitar for the legendary Yardbirds and eventually made his own band, The Jeff Beck Group which featured Jeff Beck on guitar as well, and later went completely solo.
Techniques- To strengthen his music he often times repeats parts of the song for a bit and just before it gets boring he swiftly changes key of the melody that he is playing. During Cause We've Ended As Lovers, Beck plays only a few notes in the scale then plays the same notes in a new scale and switches between the two scales frequently. In "You Shook Me" uses the classic blues scale and it wasn't too complex until the small solo because it was a Willie Dixon song. I plan to incorporate repition and playing only a few notes at the beginning to create a stable base for the song.
I am using the D scale.
